The receptionist was kind, attentive and walked me through the process and the wonderful visiting artist, Rusty, worked with me on what I wanted. He drew up a quick version of what I wanted (my cat who passed away) and made the small adjustments I requested until it was perfect. Then got to work patiently and methodically setting up the work station and working on my piece. I barely felt a thing and his line work is incredible. I was definitely nervous going in, but the incredibly friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere did a lot to make me feel comfortable through the whole process. I felt at ease through the whole process and had absolutely no worries about aftercare. The free snacks and water were a nice bonus as well. Huge thanks to Erick for his work on my tattoo; he made sure I got exactly what I imaged and was super patient, professional, and accommodating to my vision from the moment I came in the door. I can't speak for everyone, but I personally could not recommend this place more.
