I stumbled upon Art Collector Tattoo while celebrating my birthday and worked up the courage to get my very first tattoo here. The experience was great from start to finish. The receptionist was kind, attentive and walked me through the process and the wonderful visiting artist, Rusty, worked with me on what I wanted. He drew up a quick version of what I wanted (my cat who passed away) and made the small adjustments I requested until it was perfect. Then got to work patiently and methodically setting up the work station and working on my piece. I barely felt a thing and his line work is incredible. I was definitely nervous going in, but the incredibly friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere did a lot to make me feel comfortable through the whole process. I felt at ease through the whole process and had absolutely no worries about aftercare. The free snacks and water were a nice bonus as well. Huge thanks to Erick for his work on my tattoo; he made sure I got exactly what I imaged and was super patient, professional, and accommodating to my vision from the moment I came in the door.
