Deposit policy
- All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. A deposit allows your artist to reserve the session for you and prepare for your appointment.
- One reschedule is allowed with 48+ hours notice. Your deposit will remain active.
- With short notice (less than 48 hours), your original deposit will stay active, but a new deposit is required to secure a new appointment time. Both deposits will be applied toward your final tattoo price. All deposits must be used within 1 year.
- Your health and safety come first. If you’re not feeling well, we’re happy to reschedule and give you priority in our schedule to ensure you get in as soon as you’re back to feeling your best.
- Cancellations may forfeit your deposit. We suggest rescheduling instead.
- No-call no-shows cancellations will result in the deposit being forfeited.
When you book an appointment, your artist reserves a time exclusively for you. This means that they are blocking out their schedule and preparing for your procedure. Please respect their time and give us notice if you need to reschedule.
How to pay?
We accept cash, zelle, venmo, credit cards and many other methods.
No fee – Cash, Zelle, Venmo (friends transactions)
3.6% fee – Cards, Venmo (business transactions), Apple pay, Google pay, AfterPay etc.

Make sure you do transaction between friends, otherwise you’ll need to pay 3.6% more. - Cash
